Our Story

Think Food Safety was established by Fiona this year after working in the food industry for over 30 years. In her time as an auditor Fiona has built a reputation based on quality audits and fair pricing providing great customer service including free advice to clients on quality issues.

Think Food Safety provides food safety auditing, consultancy, food safety training and HACCP certification throughout NSW QLD and VIC.

We offer these services to a variety of businesses including aged care, private hospitals, meat retailers, abattoirs, food wholesalers and manufacturers, caterers and retail outlets, dairy farms and stock feed manufacturers.

Managing Director is Fiona McDonagh with beginnings in the meat industry, Fiona has worked in a variety of public & private sector roles and has been working as an auditor for three (3) years. During this time Fiona progressed from being a contract auditor to the owner of the Company. She leads a professional team of auditors experienced in aged care, catering, health sector, meat, manufacturing and dairy industries.
